Johor Corporation Chartered Accountant Programme (JCAP) 2015 Min 1 year (junior Executive) The Johor Corporation Chartered Accountant Programme (JCAP) is a 4-year programme aimed at developing a cadre of highly trained and experienced individuals who will be qualified accountants. JCAP is a strategic collaboration between JCorp and major local accounting firms including EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte and 800 as well as UK Accounting Firm, Flemmings. Candidates will be trained to obtain one (1) of these qualifications: ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA 50 Full-Time position(s) available ! Entry Requirements : - Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 (or its equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration degree/ disciplines; non- accounting graduates who are seeking a highly rewarding career in accountancy, finance and business are encouraged to apply. - English Language proficiency with a minimum of B3 (SPM) or Band 4 (MUET) - Excellent communication skills; - Hold leadership position at school/ university clubs; - Energetic high achievers and team players; and - Highly driven and committed to contribute towards nation-building. Jawatan Kosong JCorp 2015 - Johor Corporation Chartered Accountant Programme Programme Structure Attachments & Training Sessions. - Trainees will be attached to audit firms in Malaysia or United Kingdom to gain relevant technical and leadership skills (e.g. managing self and conducting impactful presentations) necessary for successful career development. - Trainees must also pursue any of the following Professional Accounting qualifications such as: * ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants * CIMA - Chartered Institute of Management Accountants * ICAEW - Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Engagements with JOHOR Corporation (JCOrp) - Trainees will be in regular engagements with JCorp's staff and activities via meetings with JCorp. In addition, the trainees will have the opportunity to participate in events organised by JCorp. Successful trainees will become full-time employees in JCorp or its network of companies.
