- Do you work or study? - Where do you work? - How do you get to work? - Do you prefer walking or taking public transportation to work? - Do you like chatting? - Do you prefer to chat with a group of friends or just one friend? - Do you like to chat face to face or online? - Do you usually run? - Is running important? - When was the last time you ran?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Talk about a friend of you who learnt your language. You should say
- who he/she is - where he/she is from - how he/she learnt your language
and explain how you feel about him/her.
Part 3 (Discussion)
- Is learning languages important? - Is it easier to learn new languages in childhood or adulthood? - Is it easier to learn languages now than in the past? - How does the modern technology help language learners? - What language would you like to learn in the future? - Can old people learn a new language or it is too late for them?
